These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the revo99 platform. Please read this document in full before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing revo99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all clauses set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and play on revo99. Underage use is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
Each individual may hold only one active revo99 account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will be permanently closed, with any balances forfeited.
Verified accounts receive withdrawals processed within 15 minutes during standard banking hours. revo99 does not delay legitimate withdrawals. All payouts are made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
All bonus offers carry clearly stated wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, and validity periods. Bonus terms are displayed in full at the point of opt-in and are never modified retroactively.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, deposit funds, or place any Wager on the Platform. revo99 strictly enforces this age restriction in accordance with our responsible gaming obligations.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is directed at and available only to residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia and that accessing online betting services does not violate any law applicable to your specific personal circumstances.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are under a court-imposed legal restriction affecting their contractual capacity are not permitted to register.
2.4 Employees and Associates. Employees of revo99, its affiliates, technology partners, and payment providers, as well as members of their immediate households, are not permitted to register as Users or to place Wagers on the Platform.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian national identity number (NIK), residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, or bank account details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.3 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on revo99. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. revo99 uses automated detection systems to identify and close duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are found, all Balances and Bonus Funds across all associated Accounts may be permanently forfeited.
3.4 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. revo99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
3.5 Account Closure by User. You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to closure. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable cash in compliance with applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
4.1 KYC Requirement. revo99 is required to verify the identity of all registered Users before processing a withdrawal. The KYC process requires you to submit clear, unaltered copies of the following documents:
4.2 Verification Timeline. revo99 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during business days (WIB, Monday–Friday). Complex cases may take up to 72 hours. We will notify you by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.
4.3 Ongoing Verification. revo99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time, in particular where there is a significant change in your transaction patterns, a withdrawal request that exceeds standard thresholds, or where we have a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or prohibited activity.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. revo99 complies with applicable international anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. We are obligated to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities where required by law. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored in accordance with our AML policy.
5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods. revo99 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels:
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via the above channels are typically credited to your Account within 2–5 minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours. Deposits made outside of core banking hours may take longer to reflect. revo99 is not responsible for delays caused by the banking or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Deposit Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). revo99 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any transfer made in a foreign currency will be returned, less any conversion fees charged by the originating bank.
5.5 Account Name Match. Deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name — the same name used during revo99 Account registration. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an AML review of your Account.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested once your Account has completed the full KYC verification process. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but cannot process withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to Indonesian bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Accepted withdrawal channels mirror the deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. revo99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per request. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Please consult our support team for the current limits applicable to your Account.
6.4 Processing Time. Standard withdrawal requests for fully verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (WIB, Monday–Sunday, 08:00–22:00). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available banking window. revo99 does not impose artificial delays on legitimate withdrawal requests.
6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus-Derived Funds. Funds derived from Bonus promotions are subject to the specific wagering requirements associated with each bonus offer. Bonus-derived funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until those conditions are met. Bonus terms are always displayed in full at the point of opt-in.
6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. revo99 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request pending further investigation in cases where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, multiple Account usage, or any other violation of these Terms. The User will be informed of the reason for any such delay to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.1 General Bonus Policy. revo99 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing Users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. The majority of bonus offers carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on every active promotion page. revo99 does not apply hidden or retroactive wagering conditions.
7.3 Bonus Validity Period. All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of issuance. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering progress that remain incomplete at the end of the validity period will be forfeited automatically. The validity period is always stated in the promotion-specific terms.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. revo99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim a new-user bonus more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; using software to exploit promotional mechanics; and colluding with other Users. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds and any derived winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.
7.5 Promotional Eligibility. revo99 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Certain promotions may be limited to specific geographic regions, payment methods, or Account types. A User who is found ineligible after a bonus has been credited will have the Bonus Funds removed from their Account.
8.1 Acceptance of Bets. All Wagers are accepted subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, game, or event. revo99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its discretion, in particular where a technical error, odds feed error, or manifest pricing mistake has occurred.
8.2 Sports Betting. Sports bets — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the specific sport-betting rules published in the Platform's Help Centre. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets and voor bola (Asian handicap) bets are subject to additional rules as stated in the sports-betting rules section.
8.3 Live Casino. Live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger, and others) are conducted in real time via certified live-streaming studios. The outcome of each round is final once the dealer or game host announces it. Technical disconnections on the User's side after a Wager has been placed do not entitle the User to a refund.
8.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform use independently certified RNG technology. Draw results are published immediately after each draw and are final. No claims of draw manipulation will be accepted without verifiable technical evidence.
8.5 Sabung Ayam. Sabung ayam (live cockfighting) events streamed on the Platform are subject to event-specific betting rules. Bets placed on Meron or Wala are settled according to the declared winner of each bout. In the event of a cancelled or inconclusive bout, stakes are refunded in accordance with the event rules.
8.6 Voided Bets. revo99 reserves the right to void Wagers affected by: system errors resulting in incorrect odds; events that did not take place as scheduled; or evidence of match-fixing, event manipulation, or any other corrupt conduct affecting the integrity of the event.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the revo99 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

11.1 Ownership. All content on the revo99 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the compilation of content — is the exclusive property of revo99 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Permitted Use. revo99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
11.3 Third-Party Content. Game titles provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Your use of those games on the Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights in or to those titles.
12.1 Platform Availability. revo99 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, acts of God, or regulatory action) may result in temporary unavailability. revo99 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime that is outside our reasonable control.
12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, revo99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. In no event shall revo99 be liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits; loss of data; or loss of goodwill — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.4 User Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk. By placing Wagers on the Platform, you accept full responsibility for all financial outcomes resulting from your own gaming decisions. revo99 does not guarantee any financial return on any Wager.
13.1 Right to Amend. revo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent on-Platform notice at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory authority.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.
13.3 Version History. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at https://revo99.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
14.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which revo99 holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection legislation.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and revo99 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation in the first instance. Where direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution body.
14.3 Language of Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are drafted and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translated version that may be made available, the English-language version shall prevail.
